Sex on the Beach - This festive mix is based on the popular drink. Reminiscent of the tropics this gorgeous scent blends sweet fruit notes of mandarin, peach, apricot, and cranberry.
Coconut Lime - A luscious blend of juicy citrus fruits such as lemon and lime on a delicate heart of creamy coconut and fresh florals. Vanilla notes and sandalwood round out the blend.
Vanilla Bourbon - A classy and sophisticated fragrance that is very universal. Not too overpowering, but pleasant with a touch of smokiness.

Excessive heat can damage the diffuser. Do not ingest or apply oil to skin. Do not wash diffuser using chemicals, detergents or by submerging in water.

We aim to have orders shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Your order will be shipped with Australia Post, tracking details will be automatically emailed to you once your order has been picked.
Please note choosing express post will not prioritise the processing of your order, if you would like your order urgently please email email@example.com and we will do our best.
We endeavour to ship orders out as soon as possible however delays can occur. All of our orders are shipped using Australia Post, please visit the Australia post website for more information on shipping timeframes.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please ensure you type the right address, if a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, additional postage fees will apply.
If you have received a product from us and you are unhappy with it we will do our best to find a solution given you have contacted us within three days of receiving the item.

How long does shipping take?

How do I know when my order is dispatched?
As soon as your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with your tracking details, so you can keep an eye on its progress. You can also login in to your account and check your order status at any time.
I have not received my order, what can I do?
If you feel that the delivery time has been longer than it should have, please check on the status of your order in your customer account. You can then contact the courier company with the tracking details. If you are unable to see the tracking details please contact us here, and we will be able to help.
My order was received damaged, what can I do?
We package all our products with the utmost care, so if by chance your item/s arrive to you damaged, simply email us immediately on email@example.com to organise a replacement. We will be more than happy to replace the item for you and ensure your new order arrives safely.
Please be aware you will need to pay for shipping costs if that was the original method of delivery.
As we are a personalising/custom/bespoke service, as you can understand we are unable to refund or exchange if you change your mind.
What is the turnaround time for my order?
Each piece is hand-made to order and created with the utmost love and care. We have a current turnaround of 1-3 business days for standard orders. Please note our current processing times in the homepage header as this gets updated regularly. Times may vary during peak periods such as Christmas and Easter and are subject to change without notice. We do, however, try to have the quickest turn-around possible ♡

How do I return an item?
We take extreme pride and care when creating your items for you.
Due to our items being custom made, we do not accept returns on personalised products, except in the case of an error simply email us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a replacement. We will be more than happy to replace the item for you and ensure your new order arrives safely.

Are the tumblers dishwasher safe?
Our tumblers are NOT dishwasher safe. Recommended for cold drinks, do not soak or scrub, not microwave or dishwasher safe.
How do I clean my tumbler?
When cleaning our glass or plastic tumblers it is important not to use anything that will damage the decal, you should simply wash your pieces in warm water with a dishcloth. Ensuring you use a cleaning brush to clean the straw and allow the bamboo lid to dry.
Can I leave my car diffuser in my car on hot days?
Please keep the diffuser upright to ensure no spillages or leakages occur. Diffusers should be removed Celsius from vehicles if they will be in temperatures exceeding 30 degrees Celsius for long periods of time. Excessive heat can damage the diffuser.
